Meet Our Team
Veronica Couling is the Social Media Coordinator at BrickStreet Marketing. She received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ferris State University. While in college, Veronica was heavily involved in her collegiate chapter of the American Marketing Association as Executive Vice President, assisting with philanthropic, professional development, and learning opportunities for members.
After college, Veronica has returned to southern Michigan and has gained digital marketing experience through her past roles in the automotive industry. She is social media obsessed (surprise!) and cannot promise to not stalk your social profiles before meeting you.
She is also a potato fanatic and enjoys potatoes in any form: Baked, Mashed, Roasted, Scalloped, Grilled, and especially (French) Fried.
Lexi is a Graphic Designer at BrickStreet Marketing. Her specialties include digital design and graphic imaging, for which she has always had a passion. She started to hone her skills in high school where she took Graphic Imaging Technology at the LISD Tech Center and participated in the SkillsUSA competition in the Photography category for both local and regionals. She received an Associate’s Degree at Kellogg Community College in Applied Science for Graphic Design and was awarded Outstanding Graphic Design Graduate for the class of 2021.
Lexi is known for her iconic hairstyle with her classic bangs (which has never changed). Out of the office, Lexi enjoys the lake lifestyle developed from her Irish Hills roots. She also enjoys keeping up with the latest pop culture by watching Netflix, new movies, and playing videogames. She is also highly motivated to adorn her home with seasonal decorations to get into the spirit of the season and holidays.
David is the website developer/designer at BrickStreet Marketing and specializes in custom WordPress website development. David is a native of Albion and is a 2011 graduate of Albion Senior High School.
David has always had a love for technology which ultimately lead him to Bluffton University where he earned a degree in Information Technology as well as a degree in Business Administration. Since graduating from college, David has continued to hone his web development and design skills to meet the ever-changing and unique needs of his clients.
David is an extremely adaptable developer and is able to learn and leverage new technologies with no downtime. This ability has allowed him to become an expert in optimizing web content to fit various platforms and enhance user experience through better functionality.
David is excited to be a part of the revitalization of his hometown of Albion and has been a part of numerous projects already that aim to help the community of Albion. In his free time David loves to fish, watch movies and, you guessed it, build websites.
Nick is a Graphic Designer at BrickStreet Marketing and his specialties include logo development and print layout design. Raised in his home town of Albion Michigan, Nick has always had a strong passion for art, and received a B.A. in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from Spring Arbor University.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and proven with more than five years of customer service under his belt, Nick is highly motivated to build meaningful relationships with his clients and offer them conceptual design that represents their brand in a compelling and creative way.
Outside of work, Nick is your average nerdy goof. He enjoys being with friends, listening to music, and playing Magic the Gathering. He is often seen in the community wearing a red and white stripped hat, which has earned him the nickname Waldo, for which he is extremely proud of.
Steve is the Video Producer and Photographer at BrickStreet Marketing. With over 16 years of experience, Steve has created hundreds of unique videos for everyone from large national brands to local mom and pop outlets.
With some pretty great professional experiences, such as serving as the on-field Public Address Announcer for the Houston Astros, owning his own media company, to being the production assistant for 5 local radio stations, Steve has been the voice of many radio and television commercials. As a 3 time Michigan Association of Broadcasters Award (MAB) winner in New Media, he simply lives to create.
Steve developed his creative passion for producing while watching his step father on stage performing in front of thousands of fans as “John Lennon” in a mid-western Beatles impersonation group in the 1980s and 90s.
Steve currently lives in Concord, Michigan along with his wife of 17 years and two pretty awesome kids. And is never far from a campground in the warmer months of the year.
Bill is the Senior Communications Specialist at BrickStreet Marketing. As an award-winning advertising and copywriting professional with over 25 years of experience, Bill has helped create unique marketing solutions for a number of clients including GMAC, OnStar, Chrysler, U.S. Navy, Dow, and the University of Michigan.
As an Albion College graduate with a degree in Economics and Management, Bill developed his passion for advertising while working at an agency through the Great Lakes College Internship Program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has never looked back.
Bill lives in Jackson, Michigan with an assortment of furry animals. He loves to cook, enjoys reading, and is never far from a walking trail.
Dallis Reynolds is a Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer at BrickStreet Marketing with roots on both the east side and the west side of the state. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Albion College and played on the football team until graduation.
During his time at BrickStreet Marketing’s parent company, Caster Concepts, he was able to develop and hone a bevy of professional skills. Dallis is involved daily with lead nurturing, marketing automation, and strategic campaigns to boost conversions. In addition, Dallis has mastered WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite in which he spends most of his day creating professional marketing collateral.
Dallis also has an altruistic side, and he is very involved in many volunteering activities. He has volunteered at numerous children’s clinics and Special Olympic events and is currently helping to coach the Concord Yellow Jackets football team.
Edwin Rodriguez is the Creative Director at BrickStreet Marketing. His talents, high standards, and incomparable attention to detail allow him to produce exceptional work within all facets of the marketing industry. His technical abilities in CAD rendering, web programming and graphic design to his exceptional ability to manage a diverse group of individuals with unique skill sets allows Edwin to be a mentor and leader to the rest of the team.
Edwin graduated with a degree in Web Production and Development and continually seeks new opportunities to incorporate design in his everyday life, a passion he has had since he was a child.
Edwin is also fluent in Spanish and has worked with BrickStreet’s parent company, Caster Concepts, Inc. to establish an international relationship with companies like Ford, GM, Chrysler, and Volkswagen. He has also traveled through Mexico to build key partnerships for Caster Concepts within the rapidly expanding Mexican industry base.
Outside of the office Edwin is a long-time car enthusiast. Aside from keeping current on all things automotive, he also builds his own engine setups with an emphasis on performance. He also enjoys fishing, working out, and exploring new technology.
